Women's Group Workouts
$150.00 per month
  • Train with Coach Bee
  • Learn how to ride safely on the road
  • Learn how to cycle efficiently
  • Have run technique analyzed
  • Includes three swim workouts where your stroke will be analyzed
  • Meet other women training for triathlon
  • Clinics on Bike Technique & How to Fix a Flat Tire
  • Train for a specific event – San Diego International Triathlon & Vineman
  • Bike rides - Saturdays at 7:00 am
  • Runs or Track workouts - Tuesdays at 6:00 pm
  • Swim workouts – Thursdays at 6:00 am
All group workouts will be in Irvine, CA.

Package #1 One on One Coaching:
Fees are $250.00 per month + Initial Consultation $100.00
  • Review athlete history and goals
  • Establish goals
  • Identify personal weaknesses and strengths
  • Construct periodization program for training, races and strength training
  • Identify HR training zones for cycling and running
  • Review training in previous period
  • Schedules published in 1 -2 week blocks
  • Daily workouts details include target HR or intensity and duration
  • Daily training log feedback
  • Provide adjustments to daily, weekly and monthly plan as needed.
  • Unlimited email and weekly telephone contact to monitor progress and answer questions on any topic.

Package #2 Coaching Package:
Fees are $150 per month + Initial Consultation $100.00

  • Private Swim Lessons are available at $30.00 half an hour
  • Private consultations on running or cycling technique are available upon request.
